What you'll be doing
As the Administration Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Youth Health Service, acting as the first point of contact for clients while providing essential administrative support.
Deliver professional reception and switchboard services in a busy environment
Provide accurate data entry and maintain confidential health records
Support clinicians and staff with scheduling, documentation and coordination
Assist clients, families and stakeholders with enquiries and service navigation
Contribute to team activities, quality improvement and service operations

Selection Criteria:
1. Previous reception and customer service experience and hold or willing to undertake a Cert III in Health Administration
2. Demonstrated professional communication skills written and verbal
3. A commitment to working with young people and their families
4. Demonstrated excellent computer skills with strong processing and data systems experience
5. Excellent administration skills including filing, minute taking agenda preparation and photocopying
6. An ability to work both independently as well as in a team
7. Well-developed organizational skills, using time management strategies
8. Hold a current drivers licence valid in Australia and willingness to use for work purposes.
