About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Officer to join our growing team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting both clients and staff. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, manage essential administrative tasks, and assist in onboarding new clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to phone and email enquiries from clients, families, and staff
Coordinate client onboarding, including preparing and collecting documentation and maintaining accurate files
Support staff onboarding, including preparing contracts, induction, and record-keeping
Maintain up-to-date client and staff files, ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory standards
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and internal communications
General administrative support including data entry, correspondence, and document management
Occasional visits to the head office in Zetland as required
Other administration tasks as required to support the operations of the organisation
Position Requirements
Previous experience in an administration or office coordination role
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Knowledge or experience in the disability or NDIS sector is a plus, but not essential
Must have own car for travel to clients and head office
Preferred residence close to our client base in South West Sydney, NSW.

Pay: $49,900.00 – $80,054.47 per year
