As the first point of contact for our agency, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting both our sales and property management teams with administrative and marketing tasks.
Responsibilities include:
Greet and assist visitors, creating a welcoming and professional environment
Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Maintain an organised reception area, meeting room and office
Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Manage key tagging and tracking for office security
Assist in booking and preparing marketing materials for sales and property management
Support marketing tasks, including email campaigns and social media updates
Provide administrative support to agents and internal teams
Liaise with clients, agents, and admin staff to ensure seamless operations
The successful candidate will have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Professional presentation and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience in administration, customer service, or real estate (preferred but not essential)
High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
