YOUR PURPOSE
To provide high‑quality service support while driving continuous improvement.
You’ll build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and help ensure the Market Services function operates efficiently and effectively.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders.
Managing customer, metering data enquiries, and delivering customer service that feels seamless, supportive, and reliable.
Supporting daily metering data activities to keep operations running smoothly.
Contributing to ad hoc projects and tasks to enhance customer service delivery.
Investigating data anomalies with a keen eye for detail and resolving issues accurately and on time.
Delivering high-quality outcomes with collaboration, transparency, and open communication

YOUR EXPERIENCE
Preferred experience includes:
Exposure to, and working knowledge of, customer billing and metering systems.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
An analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Confident written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative, customer‑first approach.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Experience with SAP and geographical mapping systems is highly regarded.
