Full time 37.5 hours per week

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking an Administration Support/ Reception position. The successful applicant will be working in our office in Ballarat with a team of 5 staff and will be our clients first point of call, by phone or in office.

About You

· Eager to get into Finance and want to take the next step to build a stable, solid career

· Like contributing and being part of a team

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and in a team

· Comfortable working with and learning new software systems - training and support will be provided

· Ability to manage tasks with a high-level attention to detail and accuracy

Position Responsibilities

· General reception duties, such as greeting clients, answering and directing phone calls

· Using tools like Excel to collate data

· Manage and organise client documentation

· Collaborating within the team to ensure deadlines are met

· Process daily transfers via banking system

· Responsible for client requests

· Maintaining and updating client account details in our system

· Support loan progress through to settlement and meet key deadlines

· Assist with settlement confirmations for new mortgages, discharges and settlement closures
