About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated administrator to be a part of a supportive administration team.

Your role is to support the day-to-day operations of the Hamilton and rural team, in particular to ensure the smooth running of Clinics by providing high quality and effective administration support and ensuring a positive experience for children and their families. About Gallagher's

Gallagher Drive is a modern two story office block and facility offering a comprehensive range of services, including a clinics, District and Public Health nurses, Physiotherapists and an Administration team, all of who support the Southern Rural Health Team.

Hamilton is located in the heart of the Waikato, on the banks of the Waikato river. Activities include scenic river side walks, cycle ways and the Hamilton gardens, which house a variety of themed gardens you can walk through from around the world. Other activities include the Waikato Museum which provides an insight into the areas rich history, and the Hamilton zoo.

The centre of Hamilton is easy to walk through and is packed with cafes and restaurants. The Hamilton stadium provides a venue for international sports events, concerts and festivals and draws crowds from far and wide.
