About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Administrator to support the Surgical, Anaesthesia and Radiology Services at Bay of Plenty Hauora a Toi. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
You will be providing a high level of personal assistance, accounts coordination and organisational services to the leadership team of the Surgery, Anaesthesia and Radiology Services to support the smooth delivery of high-quality outcomes for patients.
The duties required include:
Administration and accounts coordination
Report, letter and presentation drafting
Microster (payroll) transactions
Responding to service enquiries (phone and email)
Diary management
Meeting coordination
Project support

About you
We are looking for someone with:
High level of detail as you will be dealing with complex health information
Accounts background is desirable
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships
Well-developed administrative and organisational skills (MS Office Suite)
Initiative and proactive problem-solving skills
Strong time management skills, ability to manage your workload and know when to shift your priorities accordingly
