About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and hands-on individual to support our day-to-day operations across administration, logistics, and light technical tasks. This is a varied role—perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of office work, practical tasks, and working closely with a small, collaborative team.
What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Administration & Data
• Manage paperwork and filing systems
• Convert records into digital formats (Excel / databases)
• Track serial numbers and product data
• Answer calls and support general office coordination
🔹 Logistics & Operations
• Receive and process incoming goods
• Complete Goods Received Notes (GRN)
• Sort items (stock, RMA returns, upgrades)
• Pack and prepare shipments
• Book freight (FedEx, UPS, DHL – US & Europe)
🔹 Technical Support (Training Provided)
• Assist with disassembly of returned equipment
• Support basic assembly/configuration tasks
• Record product details and serial numbers
• Follow clear, documented procedures
🔹 Systems & Commercial
• Raise orders and invoices (QuickBooks / CIN7)
• Support general operational workflows
What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong organisation and attention to detail
✅ Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
✅ Confident communicator (phone + email)
✅ Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
Bonus points for:
• Basic technical or hardware knowledge
• Experience with logistics / warehouse / RMA processes
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, CIN7, or similar systems
• Exposure to Windows (Linux a plus)
