Ongoing Part Time working 30 hours per fortnight

Join our Community Health team in Wudinna as an Administration/Finance Officer and play a key role in delivering efficient administrative and financial services. This ongoing part-time role (30 hours per fortnight) offers the opportunity to develop your skills, contribute to the community, and work in a supportive, collaborative environment. You will manage records, financial processes, and client interactions, ensuring smooth operations across the service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate medical and financial records, invoices, and reports.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Support the Community Health team with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives, team training, and service delivery enhancements.
