Administration/PA- North Shore Architectural Studio

We're an established and collaborative architectural practice of 15 based in St Leonards. Our projects span a range of sectors, including schools, community projects, sacred facilities and aged care.

This is a varied role across the day-to-day operations of the practice to enhance productivity and organizational efficiency. Generally, you would be working with the Director (but also Senior Managers) and be responsible for handling the administrative tasks (including the quality system and fee proposals), coordinating schedules, handling correspondence and office supplies.

The role is ideal for someone with an affable manner and a conscientious attitude.

Your skills will include:

· Microsoft suites

· Excel

A sound working knowledge of InDesign (and accounting packages) would be ideal but not essential (training will be provided as necessary).

The office operates from 8.30-5.30 but we will be flexible to suit individual circumstances for the right candidate and will consider part-time.
