Job Description
The Executive Assistant provides critical support to the Deputy Executive Director and other senior leaders on matters affecting the NYCLU's efforts to promote and defend civil rights and civil liberties.
This role requires excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
You will be responsible for coordinating office activities, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials for the Executive Office.
You will also maintain calendars, contact lists, and executive files, as well as provide administrative support to the Board of Directors.
This position requires a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to racial and social justice issues.
