About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administration & Compliance Officer to support day‑to‑day operations and ensure all participant and workforce documentation meets NDIS standards.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, managing systems, and supporting operational workflows across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participant Administration
Prepare and manage service agreements and onboarding documentation.
Maintain accurate participant files, consent forms, and funding details.
Create and manage participant records in internal systems.
Prepare participant expenses using Budgetly.
Distribute participant welcome packs.
Document & System Management.
Maintain structured participant and staff folders.
Upload and organise required documentation (risk assessments, forms, registers).
Ensure consistency and accuracy across internal systems.
- Workforce Compliance
Maintain staff compliance records and onboarding documentation.
Monitor credential expiries and follow up renewals.
Ensure all workforce records meet NDIS requirements.
Timesheets & Billing.
Review staff timesheets and shift records for accuracy.
Identify discrepancies and support payroll and invoicing processes
About You:
You are organised, detail‑focused, and confident working in a compliance‑driven environment. You bring:
Experience in NDIS administration or disability services (preferred).
Strong document management and organisational skills.
Experience with timesheets, compliance, and staff records.
Confidence using CRM, rostering systems, and Microsoft Office.
Professional written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
