From boats and Seadoos to ATVs and trailers, our rental fleet offers fun and adventure for all. We're looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Driver to join our team and help us transport boats and equipment to and from our locations and customers.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our rental business. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth internal workflows and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in reconciling invoices and vendor payments

In charge of the inbox

Assist operations manager with daily tasks

Supply runs

Respond to customer inquiries (Phone, email etc)

Ensure rentals are completed in our software correctly

Track inventory for life jackets, equipment and cleaning supplies

Education:

Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

Watercraft or Travel trailer: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vernon, BC V1T 7G7
