Our client is a global Steel Manufacturer who is looking to expand their successful roots in Australia. With their head office in Italy, this company operates in over 150 countries and is well known globally for their production of automatic machines, electro-welded mesh and software technologies. They are now looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their company. This role will be full time work from home for the first 6 months, candidates must be living in Sydney.
Your Duties
As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing end-to-end support to the on-site Engineers. Your responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative support for invoicing and billing processes.
Assist the logistics team with shipping coordination, including customs clearance.
Use the company’s internal management software to track and manage operational activities.
Prepare and manage documentation for shipments, customs procedures, and financial transactions.
