Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Administrator of Housing, this role provides vital and active communication to tenants, staff, contractors, volunteers, and visitors. This is a professional, highly customer service focused position.
Duties:
Accurately and efficiently answer phone calls, provide information and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
General and specific administrative support as required and assigned by the Administrator.
Clerical duties including filing, creation of documents, arranging deliveries, and other duties as assigned by the Administrator
Provide central communication role in emergency situations
Assist tenants with a wide range of tasks including but not limited to, filling out forms, phone calls, etc.
Input work order information into the specified database
All other clerical duties related to reception
Qualifications:
Proven customer service and reception skills including excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Greek
Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills
Computer skills including demonstrated proficiency in MS office
Experience with multi-line telephone, and mail administration
Post secondary education in office administration or equivalent
