Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
2 Years Associate Degree preferred
General understanding of accounting principles
Experience with retail
Excellent communicator
Attention to detail
Superior organization and time management skills
Ability to drive results and work through others
Ability to work autonomously
Proficient using MS Office applications
Must be able to provide U.S. Work Authorization without current or future sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work with DTC teams on resolving quarantines
Maintain Ship Compliant database
Maintain internal systems current and organized
Maintain ******* compliance at the product level dependent on inventory
Label registrations and registrations renewals
Process monthly Tax Filings (Sales/Excise Tax)
Enter in tax payments into accounting software
Support all incoming state & other government ad hoc & audit requests
Open & willing to take on new tasks & responsibilities as the business grows
Demonstrate values and behaviors of Distinguished Vineyards
Actively participate in the Distinguished Vineyards Achievement cycle
Processes and ensure 100% complete within agreed time frames
