Admin Executive Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Assisting HR department in scheduling, coordinating and other office events
• Supporting the department heads as and when required Liaising with internal and external agencies/vendors for smooth administrative functioning
• Providing administrative support, Liaising with Finance for Salary, necessary documents, and information
• Managing NDAs and contracts for vendor and freelancers
• Generating invoices and coordinating with the finance team for final invoices
• Maintaining records, project cost tracking, HR budget planning & management, Vendor Invoice execution & coordination Managing travel arrangements Assisting in all day-to-day Admin activities
Requirements:
• HSC/Graduate
• Min 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Proficiency in MS Office is a must
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills Quick-thinking, planning, coordinating, and executing skills
