Role Description
As an Administration Assistant at Spartan Immigration located in Tarn Taran, you will perform various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include handling phone calls, managing calendars, organizing files, preparing documents and presentations, and assisting with general office duties. This is an on-site role.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Discretion and confidentiality
Experience in the immigration field is a plus.
