• Job Summary:
NR Ventures Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, with a focus on maintaining smooth workflow and effective communication within the company.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments for team members.
- Maintain and update office records, databases
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and task completion.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
• Qualifications
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, Monday to Saturday.
