· Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
· Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
· Answering phone calls, emails, and other messages
· Drafting an E-mail and preparing such as memos, reports and invoices.
· Maintaining a file system
· Assisting the HR department in recruiting activities such as scheduling interviews, onboarding candidates, etc
· Coordination with USA staff through phone calls and emails.
· Monitoring night shift employees.
Knowledge/Skills:-
· Minimum 1 year of experience required.
· Ready to work in night shift.
· Healthcare industry experience will be preferred.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
· Proven experience as an Office administrator, Administrative Executive, Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Outlook required.
· BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferredany policies.
