Position Overview: The Administrative Associate will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the firm. This position involves performing a variety of administrative tasks, including communication, invoicing, finance, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in both written and spoken British English.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Processes: Assist in managing daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
• Communication: Handle correspondence via email, phone, and other communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack). Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
• Invoicing and Finance: Process invoices, manage financial records, and assist with basic accounting tasks.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files and internal documents.
• Team Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Experience in a legal environment is a plus.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets). Familiarity with communication tools such as Zoom and Slack.
• Language: Excellent written and spoken English, with a strong understanding of British English.
• Technology: Must have a reliable laptop and a stable internet connection.
• Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. A proactive and positive attitude is essential.
