Job Description
The successful candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated professional who is dedicated to supporting various departments and the company as a whole.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will:
• Support marketing campaigns and manage social media activities/accounts
• Create and design posters and promotional materials using design tools
• Manage and update delivery app accounts (e.g., SkipTheDishes, UberEats, DoorDash) and other platform accounts
• Perform data entry duties and provide admin support
• Interact professional with our partners and vendors
• Provide administrative back-up support to other departments/managers
We are looking for someone who has:
• Strong clerical skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly-organized and an independent learner
• Previous admin and graphic design tools experience is a plus
• Ability to manage tight timelines and handle multiple tasks
• Preferred a valid driver's license
Work Location: on-stie, Calgary, AB T2C 5R5
