1. Taking care of day to day office operations and general admin.
2. Managing Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad offices.
3. Infrastructure & building coordination
4. Safety & Security management
5. Visitor and material movement management
6. Compliance management
7. Vendor Management
8. Stationery & Inventory Management
+. Asset Management
10. Upkeep of the facility, hygiene and sanitation
11. Upkeep of the critical asset such as HVAC, UPS & it’s batteries, CCTV and DVR, Access control and biometric units, Electrical, etc
12. Taking care of the Repair and maintenance, plumbing and electrical
13. Petty cash expense management
14. Contracts management, AMC, rate contract and scheduled servicing and its record management
15. MIS management
16. Record keeping
17. HR – Co-ordination and documentation
18. Visit to Chennai and Hyderabad offices as and when needed
1+. Utility and invoice management
20. Managing support staff, security, housekeeping , etc
