Job Summary :
The Administrative Assistant will provide highleveladministrative support to the department and ensure efficient andsmooth daytoday operations.
The ideal candidate will be highlyorganized detailoriented and able to manage multiple tasks with ahigh degree of accuracy.
KeyResponsibilities :
• Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive administrative support including schedulingmeetings managing calendars and handling correspondence.
• Communication : Act as thepoint of contact for internal and external communications includinganswering phones responding to emails and handlinginquiries.
• OfficeManagement : Manage office supplies inventory andplace orders as necessary. Ensure office equipment is properlymaintained.
• EventCoordination : Assist in planning and coordinatingmeetings conferences and company events.
• Data Entry and RecordKeeping : Accurately enter and maintain data indatabases and systems. Keep records updated andorganized.
• ExpenseReporting : Prepare and process expense reports andreimbursements.
• OtherDuties : Perform other administrative tasks asassigned to support the team and enhance officeefficiency.
Qualifications :
• Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
• Strongorganizational and timemanagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
