Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is essential for maintaining efficient administrative processes within our medical office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload and manage game content on our backend platform
Edit and update game content based on customer feedback
Schedule and coordinate internal team meetings and discussions
Assist in the preparation and organization of marketing materials
Support general administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and file organization
Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to read and understand Chinese (game content may include Chinese text)
Comfortable with digital tools and backend content management systems (training provided)
Good communication skills and a proactive work attitude
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
Nice to Have:

Interest in board games or gaming culture
Experience with marketing tools or content editing platforms
Prior experience in a startup or creative tech environment
