Description

An administrative assistant will be responsible for organizing and coordinating events and projects, managing budgets and expenses.

He/ She should possess good communication, organizational, and time management skills. They should be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, and have strong attention to detail. Proficiency with computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office,Google Suite and Canva is often required.

Finding vendors, negotiating, sampling etc will be a part of the profile.

Basic knowledge of accounts and follow up on invoicing and payments will be involved
