Alimentaire Food Group is a dynamic and growing food production company serving over 85 locations. We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. If you’re bilingual, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Position: Kitchen Helper

Employment Type: Part-time
Salary: $16.75 – $20.00 per hour

Must speak English

Responsibilities:

Track daily food production and inventory levels
Read and interpret production reports for accurate data entry into our internal system
Input and manage customer orders
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Draft and send professional emails in French and English
Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery team for smooth operations
Maintain accurate records and assist with basic administrative tasks
Requirements:

Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and email writing abilities
Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and other office software
Experience in food production or administrative support (an asset)
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Familiarity with Shopify is a strong asset
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-15pm
Salary: Based on experience
