We are seeking an Administrative Assistant and Community Coordinator to join our Environment and Sustainability team in Calgary. Providing administrative support to staff including database system maintenance and training, expenses, proposal development and support, marketing support, and project set-up support. Support corporate initiatives such as Hatch's Sustainability Report, United Nations Global Compact annual review, Australia's Reconciliation Action Plan, and the Progressive Aboriginal Relations certification. Assisting Environment and Sustainability staff with administrative duties as requested and maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, and clients. Excellent coordination and planning skills. Intermediate to advanced word processing skills such as Word, Power Point, Visio, Excel. SAP is an asset. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work effectively with all organizational levels with or without direct supervision. Well organized with good interpersonal skills. Detail oriented individual who takes pride in their work. Can easily prioritize tasks, adapt to change, and work well under pressure. Why join us?
