Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant will assist and support the Licensing and Compliance Administrator with managing incoming inquiries and maintain regular communication with team members, customers, state, and local municipalities to ensure all aspects of licensing are fulfilled within state and company guidelines
Follow up with internal teams and customers to ensure licensing and pre-qualification certifications are completed on a timely basis
Ensure appropriate and updated licensure for projects in multiple states
Maintain accuracy of all state, city, and county licensing and registrations
Complete and submit all licensing and registration applications
Process license renewals with multiple states and customers
Research any state, county, municipality licensing requirements as needed
Maintain sensitive and confidential information, ensuring it is handled securely and in compliance with the organization's policies and procedures
Complete assigned data entry functions and maintain electronic files in an accurate and timely fashion
Recommend process improvements for the compliance management program

Sentinel Safety & Security Group, LLC is a dynamic strategic ownership group rapidly growing operations in the design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of commercial fire sprinkler systems. We are looking to expand our team to include an Administrative Assistant for licensing and compliance in our Appleton, WI corporate office.

The Administrative Assistant will assist and support the Licensing and Compliance Administrator with managing incoming inquiries and maintain regular communication with team members, customers, state, and local municipalities to ensure all aspects of licensing are fulfilled within state and company guidelines.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
