Administrative Assistant to $70K- Work in Finance!!

Bright, articulate and outgoing Administrative Assistant is currently needed to join the Boston office of a thriving investment firm!! In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative functions including answering and routing incoming telephone inquiries; welcoming and directing guests and visitors; processing time and expense reports; managing property and cash; and participating in project work, which will require strong finance and MS Excel skills.
