Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at OZ Caravan World located in Brendale, QLD. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for phone etiquette, communication, executive administrative assistance, and clerical skills to support daily operations. You will be required to respond to inquiries and provide estimates to customers for a range of different tasks.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills

Phone Etiquette and Communication skills

Clerical Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Xero experience is preffered

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Caravan experience or understanding is preffered
