Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Open and distribute mail and other materials. Plan and organize daily operations. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Train other workers. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage contracts. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Answer electronic enquiries. Oversee the preparation of reports. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Oversee payroll administration. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Perform data entry. Provide customer service. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
