Job Description
As Administrative Assistant, your role is vital to providing excellent front line service to our customers. While looking after day-to-day office administration duties, you will utilize your professional etiquette, computer skills, and solutions-driven approach to provide customer service excellence.
This full-time position is ideal for someone that has great initiative, and enjoys participating in various aspects of the business.
Responsibilities
Processing general paperwork including orders, credit notes, cargo receipts, invoices, filing
Reception and cashier duties, providing customer service excellence and directing calls
Administrative back-up support to other teams, taking meeting minutes
Coordinating internal and external communications
Maintenance of office equipment and systems; coordinating service needs with vendors
Daily accounting processes, soft collections for cash & carry customers, and bank deposits
Participating and supporting employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications
2 years' general office administration experience preferred
Flexibility to work Saturdays & Holidays on rotation
Excellent English communication skills;
Solid computer skills in Windows and Microsoft Office programs
Self-motivated and independent; able to work under minimum supervision
