This role will include working directly with the President and supporting the accounting team. General administration / correspondence: answering and screening phone calls, mailing, filing. Basic data entry / bookkeeping. Posting and selling inventory on Kijiji. Property administration: completing lease contracts / renewal contracts with tenants, maintaining tenant files up to date, re-leasing. General auditing. Special projects. Handle confidential information. Driving for local errands: pickups, drop offs, banking. Experience Required : A minimum of 1 year administrative experience. A minimum of 1 year bookkeeping experience. Experience in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook. A minimum typing speed of 50wpm. A valid driver’s license. Knowledge of QuickBooks, Proven Solutions, Lightspeed Evo is an asset. Some IT knowledge / troubleshooting abilities and social media skills are an asset.
