Administrative Assistant in our Exports Section
Full Time, Permanent role based in Canning Vale, WA

Job Summary
Reporting to the Deputy GM – Exports, the Exports Admin Assistant will support the Exports team in processing payments to fishing vessels and crew, prepare monthly reports, assist with export documentation and provide administrative assistance in other areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining information on fishing vessels and crew.
Handle fishermen enquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
Process daily catch sheets, bait and fuel deductions.
Process fortnightly payment runs accurately.
Coordinate with Deputy GM - Exports, Factory and Depot Managers to ensure information is submitted to relevant stakeholders.
Prepare monthly regulatory reports.
Backup the team during peak periods.
Perform administrative tasks such as managing correspondence and maintaining records.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in admin related roles is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advance Word & Excel).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Exposure to SAP would be an advantage
Experience in NEXDOCs and/or EDISOFT will be an advantage.
