We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised individual with excellent communication skills to join our team.
About The Role
General admin duties that may include but are not limited to:
• Adding information onto to EHM/LCS system (training provided)
• Sending external correspondence on behalf of keyworkers via post and secure mail
• Typing up notes from managers
• Booking meetings internally and externally
• Responding to queries over the phone and by email
• Booking taxis & interpreters for keyworker
• Circulating useful information as instructed by managers
• Producing and amending documents
• Contacting suppliers on behalf of the team to obtain quotes
• Recording training information, helping with the recruitment process
About You
You will be providing administrative support to a small team, working alongside other administrators in an office, organising meetings, booking rooms, arranging consultation materials, preparing meeting agendas and taking notes.
To be successful in this role you will need to be personable, enthusiastic, organised and be a good team player. You will be proficient in IT, have proven ability to deal with customers and have excellent attention to detail. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to prioritise work effectively and the ability to record details accurately.
Your main place of work will be the award-winning, modern Civic Centre in Keynsham, halfway between Bath and Bristol, easily accessible by public transport and with a train station 5 minutes walk away.
This role is office based with home working.
