Edgeline Construction Ltd. is a general contractor serving the greater Moncton/Dieppe area as well as areas throughout New Brunswick and Nova Scotia since 2006. We have played a key role in the successful completion of a significant number of commercial, industrial and institutional construction projects.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and providing exceptional customer support. This position requires proficiency in various software applications and strong communication skills to effectively manage tasks and assist our clients.

Responsibilities

Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and providing information to clients.
Provide administrative support by maintaining organized files, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
Assist in customer service efforts by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Data entry and management.
Coordinate logistics: Book conference room, arrange catering, and prepare materials for meetings.
Travel Arrangements: responsible for booking travel arrangements for employees.
Experience

Previous experience in an construction administrative role is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread documents effectively.
Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
