Maintaining confidential files, documents and records

Track and maintain recruiting spreadsheets through Excel

Attending and participating in hiring and recruitment events and tracking efforts

and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 40 lbs

Will also go into the Distribution Center which is non-climate controlled environment

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required. Some college preferred with a focus in Human Resources, Communication; OR, have 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Highly motivated, strong interpersonal and interactive skills and have self-initiative. Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills. Work independently and be able to multi-task in a team environment.
