Role Description
This is a part-time role for an Administrative Assistant. The role is located in an office but there will also be site visits. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, handling phone calls, and maintaining effective communication. Key responsibilities include clerical support, assisting executive staff, and ensuring smooth operation of office activities.
Ideally be trained or familar wirh accounting software.
Qualifications
• Skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software includinf accounting software ideally
