Detailed anticipated responsibilities:

- Manage employee payroll

- Employee contracts and compensation agreements based on templates

- Execute equity-related tasks in Carta

- Manage file storage and organization in Google Drive

- Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding for new team members

- Maintain company profile(s) on public-facing sites

- Maintain employee handbook

- Maintain corporate calendar

- Manage executive email inbox

- Manage executive calendar

- Coordinate travel logistics

- Assist in a number of routine accounting and financial tasks

- Monitor established productivity systems

- Take and distribute notes on team calls

- Assist team members with purchase processing

- Hubspot

- Gusto

- Intuit Quickbooks

- Google Drive
