• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Order and manage office supplies inventory.
Customer Service:
• Provide basic information about the company's services and policies.
• Address complaints and escalate issues to the relevant manager when necessary.
