Someone who is energetic and a positive team player. This person must be highly organized and be able to professionally communicate in person, on the telephone, and via email with excellence in a fast-paced environment. Previous executive administrative assistant experience is preferred.
What does an Administrative Assistant do?
Our Administrative Assistant’s main priority is to execute administrative tasks within the department, working primarily with the Development and Marketing departments. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining detailed donor records.
Scheduling of school groups for schools who are visiting using grant funds.
Organizing details of donor events.
Maintaining calendars online.
Printing and cutting Marketing materials.
Executing weekly Marketing emails.
Requirements:
While expert level organization and communication are keys to success in this position, another key attribute is attention to detail. The right person for this position will also have emotional maturity and time management skills.
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position on-site that is primarily scheduled Monday-Friday, but flexibility in scheduling is always appreciated. Since this is a temporary position, lasting approximately 6 months, there will be no benefits provided.
