Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth communication within the office, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires proficiency in various office software and systems, as well as strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and staff.

Duties

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with office staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient care.
Prepare reports and documents as required by management.
Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in a dental office setting is preferred but not mandatory
Strong customer service skills to enhance client interactions.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.30-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
