Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at our Guwahati location. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the office. The day-to-day tasks include managing and organizing files, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general clerical duties.

Qualifications
• Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong clerical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus
