Web Geo Services is developing fast, very fast and our Administration team needs reinforcements! We are therefore looking for our new Administrative Assistant for a permanent contract in Mumbai.
Your working environment:
You will work from home, with access to a co-working space to meet the team.
Your team:
You will work in the Administration department, managed by our Sales Administration
Manager Google Maps, Kaushar and surrounded by a team of strong Sales Administration
Officers.
Your mission:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the team on accounting and administrative tasks.
Sales Administration (ADV)
-Support Sales Administrative officers to process,
-Analyse and invoice orders received from Sales Payments follow up,
-Collection and reconciliation Customers' emails follow up and update of our internal system
-Cover overall administrative tasks and reporting.
-Maintain misc files
Accounting
- Payment reconciliation,
- Accounts receivable statement Review
- Follow up for ledger statements from accountant
- Participation in invoicing globally and e-invoicing (India) internally & with accountant,
- Coordination with bank and accountant for local and international payments, bank related, tax compliance related, Miscellaneous communication,
-Coordinate with finance and other internal departments
- Assist in administrative tasks locally and internationally.
Your profile:
You have over 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. You have strong English language skills (fluent in spoken and written English), and basic accounting knowledge. You master Google Workspace (Google Drive; Google Sheet, Gmail, etc...) as well as Google
Suite.
You are autonomous, rigorous, organised, reactive and have a taste for challenge. You have a sense of responsibility and you know how to manage priorities. You have good interpersonal skills, you are a team player and you are able to work in a multicultural environment. French speaking skills can be an added advantage but not mandatory for this position.
