Job Description
We are looking for a high-ownership, detail-driven operator to join our team in a role that directly supports the President of the company, assists with transaction coordination for our Residential Fund, and helps drive the rental application process that fuels our leasing pipeline.
This is not a “task” role.
This is a take-ownership-and-make-things-run-better role.

What You Will Own
You will take ownership of several key operational functions that keep Green Residential running efficiently:
Rental Application Processing
You will help manage the rental application pipeline by ensuring applications are processed accurately and efficiently to support leasing success.
Transaction Support for Residential Fund
You will assist the President with transaction coordination tasks related to acquisitions, closings, and documentation for our residential investment portfolio.
General Operational Support
You will act as a central point of operational reliability for the team — stepping in where needed, keeping priorities organized, and ensuring important details are tracked, completed, and followed through without constant direction.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
