The Administrative Assistant II provides and coordinates administrative office and project support to senior staff.

This position will serve our IBC Division, located in Lawnside, NJ.

Responsibilities
• Front office daily communication tasks: Telephone, Fax, Emails
• A/P, A/R, Reconciliations, assist accounts in assigned tasks.
• Facilities assistant, cleaning, office supplies.
• Assist Senior Management with all assigned tasks.
• Maintain the accounts, front office area and surrounding meeting rooms.
• Ensure the communication, promotion & support of company procedures.

Qualifications
• Fluency with MS Office
• 3+ years of work experience is required within an office environment.
