Duties include daily administrative tasks, timely follow-up, scheduling and maintaining the flow of information for the effective functioning of the division

The position requires multi-tasking activities with changing priorities at a high level of important and confidential Catholic Health matters and issues

Summary:

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION

• High School diploma or GED + two years education/training involving Administrative Assistant courses

• AAS degree preferred

EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of three (3) years of Administrative Assistant experience

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

• Familiar with medical terminology

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) software applications & Outlook.
