Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
∙Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
∙Track and follow up on ongoing tasks and communications.
∙Monitor job progress and maintain clear communication.
∙Gather, organize, and manage photos for various projects or reports.
∙Prepare, send, and follow up on invoices to ensure timely payments.
∙Maintain and organize digital and physical folders for easy document access.
∙Manage office supplies and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
∙Schedule meetings and appointments.
∙Assist in preparing presentations and reports.
∙Support other general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
∙Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
∙Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
∙Experience with invoicing software.
∙Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∙Excellent organizational abilities.
∙High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
∙Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Salary- 20-22k(for 4 hours)
