Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at MFS (Modani Financial Services) in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment/Equity Market and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals through effective portfolio strategies.

The Key Responsibilities are

Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including buying and sale transactions, client on boarding, reporting etc.

Client Consultation: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, meet with clients to understand their financial goals, risk and investment preferences.

Investment Advice: Provide informed recommendations on various mutual fund schemes and investment options

Transaction Facilitation: Assist clients in buying, selling, or switching between mutual funds and shares.

Data Compilation and Reporting: Gather and compile data necessary for various reports, including performance summaries and market analysis. Provide clients with periodic updates on their investments

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their concerns promptly and providing ongoing support throughout their investment journey

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance

Experience: Proven work experience as an Administrative role within the financial services industry (minimum of 2 years preferred).

Certifications: NISM-VA / CFP (Certified Financial Planner) are advantageous.

Transportation: Candidates should have their own conveyance.

Skills:

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

In-depth knowledge of investment strategies and risk management practices

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
